Our WAGEES (Work and Gain Education & Employment Skills) program provides comprehensive support to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. We offer personalized case management, job readiness training, educational opportunities, and connections to housing and mental health resources.

C.R.A.F.T

The Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) program offers education and support for family members and friends of individuals struggling with addiction. Through compassionate group sessions, participants learn practical skills such as problem-solving, self-care, positive communication, and reinforcement strategies.

The program also covers understanding triggers, encouraging loved ones to accept help, and taking precautions against domestic violence. CRAFT empowers families to reduce harm, promote wellness, and embrace healing together.

Food Distribution

We provide a biweekly food distribution every Monday to support individuals and families in need. Our program ensures access to nutritious groceries, helping reduce food insecurity and promote community wellness. Everyone is welcome—join us and take a step toward a healthier, stronger community.

Shower Services

Our shower services offer a safe and comfortable space, providing towels, hygiene kits, and wash rags to ensure a refreshing experience. We also supply clean clothes when available and feature brand new ADA accessible showers to accommodate everyone.

Syringe Access Program

Our Syringe Access Program provides sterile syringes, safe disposal options, and safer-use supplies to help prevent the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other infections. Participants can also connect to testing, care, and additional support — no ID or personal information required.

Our Digital Navigator program helps individuals access technology, complete online applications, connect with telehealth, and navigate digital resources for housing, healthcare, and public benefits. We provide one-on-one guidance in a patient, step-by-step approach.

STI & HIV testing w/ Vivent Health

In partnership with Vivent Health, we provide confidential HIV and STI testing, counseling, and linkage to care. Testing is free, fast, and trauma-informed.
